An IYLC Facilitator guides a group of 10-15 IYLC participants, often representing 7 to 10 different nationalities through simulations and all other events in the course of the Conference week. The main aim of a facilitator is to guide, encourage and inspire his or her peers to participate, learn and work together as a team to achieve a number of goals in the space of five days and give each participant maximum benefit of their week at the IYLC.

In the coming months, Youth Leadership Europe will be awarding 15 scholarships to outstanding applicants who have made substantial efforts at fundraising and need further financial support.

Please note that these scholarships are highly competitive and that priority will be given to applicants from lower-income countries and backgrounds.
